I saw some negative reviews, but my experience was really positive in NZ. Accidentally ordered two items instead of one, contacted the service, and they quickly adjusted my order and issued a refund. The product I received matched the description, was in excellent condition, and arrived within a couple of days.

I thought I was purchasing from a local company, expecting quick delivery, but I was deceived! The products were actually shipped from overseas, where I could have bought them for a fraction of the price. I believed I was paying extra for local stock and fast delivery. I'm still waiting for my order. I will never engage with this company again; it would have been quicker and cheaper to shop elsewhere. Sellers should not use local domain names if they are not based in the country.
After receiving the goods, I contacted the company to inform them they were unsuitable and that I would return them. Since there was no paperwork included, I asked for the return address, which turned out to be overseas. The return shipping cost was more than the shoes were worth. This feels like unfair trading, and I advise others to research thoroughly before purchasing.
One of the shoes fit poorly. Although they were unworn, they would not issue a refund or allow an exchange for a smaller size. I cannot recommend this company. I thought I was getting a good deal on a style similar to another brand that I love. Lesson learned.

Returning items is impractical since you’d have to pay for shipping back to their location. They rely on this to avoid returns. They drop ship directly from overseas, making it more expensive than buying directly. If you want cheap goods, you can find them directly for much less!
