Same as experience I see that most people posted. Ordered because consumer report recommended as number 1 robot vacuum. I paid $279 and received an entirely different vacuum for retail price of $199. I have tried multiple times to email customer service - no reply. There is no customer service number. I reported to BBB. Do not buy from this company. Complete scam.
