The customer service was prompt, gracious and helpful. I only used the vacuum cleaner for about 20 minutes. It was clear it was not going to meet our needs. I was I worried about whether I could return it since I had used it,if only for a very short time. I inquired and was told to mail it back and I would be given a full refund! Vacuums are expensive and I was very grateful for the prompt resolve to the problem.
This company scams US residents. I purchased a cordless vacuum, it did not work (power too low/ insufficient) for my high-pile carpet do I returned it in November 3025. As of Frbruary 6, 2026 Bryson has told via numerous text messages: (1) it could not track/identify my return so I have to forward my shipping tracking number even though I had already done that and included a copy of my purchase receipt & order number in the box and the tracking number was send by the shining company to Oryzom, (2) over 8 times messaged me it is working on my refund, (3) over 3 times told me the refund has been processed and paid back to my credit card but would take 5-15 days to appear on my card issuer’s statement —,which is a clear lie, and 2 days ago messaged me that due to an office malfunction the refund did not process — another obvious lie. Now Oryzom has not advised it will process again my refund. All these lies are after Oryzom acknowledged it had received my returned vacuum which was in good, clean shape, as directed by them.
Do not buy an Oryzom vacuum. The company will keep your money for several months before sending you a refund and will only do so if you continuously message them to send your refund.
Today 1-6-2026, 1 day short of 2 months after I returned the Oryzom vacuum I received my full refund .Mastercard has posted it to my account.i received notice of the refund about 1-2 hours after posting my critical review.
