I scheduled a tap repair through the app due to a leak in my bathroom. The technician came but instead of fixing it, he broke the tap, leaving it unusable with water running. I had to shut off the main water supply and buy the valve myself, but the issue remained unresolved. When I contacted the support team, they refused to take responsibility or offer compensation for the damage caused by their technician. No solutions were provided, and I was left with a broken tap and additional costs. Ultimately, I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank due to the lack of support and accountability. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this service.
