I had an extremely poor experience. I booked a technician to assemble flat-pack furniture. I waited outside my flat with my phone ready for a call, but he never showed up. The worst part was that I wasn't informed about his cancellation. Twenty minutes after he was supposed to arrive, I noticed the app was searching for another technician. No one was available, and nobody contacted me. I had to reach out to the helpdesk through the app, which was frustrating. I deleted the app and will never use this service again.
