I gave 1 star at first, but am changing it to 4. Whoever was coming to fit the aircon let me and Oscar down three times. They refunded me in full after 3 days after the final cancellation. It's a shame...they have obviously put a lot of effort into the app and it SHOULD work as it is a great idea and so easy to use. Somehow, they need a way of vetting the people who accept the jobs...these are the people ruining their reputation. They should find a way to get references for them or approach establish companies to join their service..even if Oscar charges a bit more, as it is far too cheap anyway. The 'atencion al cliente' were ALWAYS quick to respond and honest and sorry each time I was let down. Come on Oscar...you can do it, you cleary have a great idea, app and customer service centre...you just need to get the right companies to provide the services, as that is the only thing I see that is ruining your reputation.
