Our experience with Oscar has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. We booked a service to repair window blinds, and the technician sent by Oscar was completely unqualified. He had no idea how to fix the issue, caused further damage to the walls and to the planks covering the blinds, and left us with a much worse situation than before.We immediately contacted Oscar to report the case, and getting through to their liability insurance was a long and difficult process. After all the hassle, we were only offered a 20% discount, which is completely unacceptable given the damage done.To make matters worse, it has now been over two weeks and we still have no resolution from their insurance. The blinds in three out of four rooms in our apartment remain damaged, leaving our home in a terrible state. We are expecting a child in just one month, and everything was supposed to be ready by now. Instead, we are stuck dealing with this mess.I absolutely cannot recommend Oscar to anyone and will be sharing this experience across all available platforms.
