I arranged for a tap repair through the app due to a leak in my bathroom tap. The technician arrived but broke the tap instead of fixing it, leaving it unusable with water still running. I had to turn off the main water supply and buy the valve myself, yet the tap remained unfixed. When I reached out to the support team, they refused to accept responsibility or offer compensation for the damage caused by their technician. No solutions were provided, leaving me with a broken tap and unexpected expenses. Ultimately, I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank due to the lack of support and accountability. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this service.
