We hired Oscar for a sofa cleaning. We paid in advance. They didn't show up. After 2 hours we called, and they said "we got lost and couldn't find your place ". After a few hours they charged us cancellation fee!! We demanded a refund. And eventually got it. Horrible customer service. Unreliable service. We should have seen that they have 90% bad reviews. Now we know why. Avoid!
