On chat they have “escalated” the issue but no is helping. I got an email asking me to make a screenshot of the problem and I sent them. Then their reply was “do you have problems with deposits or withdrawals”. I think they are deliberately preventing me from withdrawing money.My accoubt is fully verified and also I took no bonusses. My initial gut feeling was right.I had a few wins but thats a one off.Its almost a trigger system,where they let you win in the beginning,but after that there seems to be a limit on what you can win,no matter how much you put in.Its not a bad site with good bonuses and nice features.But for gamblers who are on a medium budget I would not recommend.Their support is good and very friendly.
