Mahmoud and his company Osiris Tours are fantastic! Before we even left he was able to add two additional travelers on to our itinerary last minute - and for that my parents will be forever grateful! Every detail was accounted for. Every step we took was perfectly guided. Sam and Sayeet (sp) were phenomenal guides, knowledgeable and hilarious! Hesham was incredible. He found missing luggage, steered us effortlessly through multiple airport scenarios and even brought us treats! Can’t wait for the next trip with you guys! Thanks for everything!
