I am currently a client and they are about to file my taxes late, only after receiving a letter from the government stating they have not received my tax return. I followed up asking for updates, and they informed me they needed confirmation on some transactions for the return. After all this time, no one reached out to me???? Communicating with them has become a nightmare with very slow replies and only 5 days left to respond to the government!!!
