I incorporated my company with Osome two years ago and have used their services since then without issues. However, recently I noticed an early renewal charge and found that I could not remove my credit card from the billing section.
When I contacted support, the experience was very disappointing. Instead of simply assisting me, the representative’s tone felt intimidating and unprofessional. After insisting, my card was removed, but I was warned that my account could be closed and that returning in the future would involve additional fees.
After two years as a customer, I expected a more respectful and professional approach.
After almost one year with Osome, I can say the experience has been more than seamless. Quick feedback, great availability, and strong organisation across everything they do.

While driving on the freeway, one of the company vehicles attempted to force me into the wall, not allowing me to merge onto the road intentionally. When I maneuvered around and took another lane, the driver cut me off and slammed on the brakes! This behavior is extremely unprofessional, and I have it all recorded on my dash cam, which I plan to share on social media.

Communicating with them has become a nightmare with very slow replies and only 5 days left to respond to the government!!!

When I mentioned their numerous negative reviews, they claimed it was an issue from the past, but recent reviews suggest otherwise. I requested a quote for starting a company, and they said they couldn’t provide that info unless I opened within two months.
