I ordered a changing robe as a Christmas gift on November 28th. After a week, I saw no movement from the warehouse. When I contacted the support team, they told me to wait due to the busy season. After a few more days, I followed up and was informed it was likely lost. I could choose a replacement or refund, and they promised express delivery for the replacement. However, I later received an email stating they needed to confirm the loss first. After more delays, I was informed that they could no longer guarantee delivery by Christmas due to bad weather! Meanwhile, I found the same item on the seller's Amazon store, which could have been delivered within two days for just £15 more. I requested a refund (which they said could take 5-10 days) and opted for a competitor who delivered the next day. Interestingly, the price on the Amazon store had surged to £99.99. I also noticed a lack of comments on their social media, which raises my trust issues with this company.
