From ordering to receiving the order was easy and simple to complete.
My problem and I repeat my problem was not finding out until after Item tracking was done, that I found out it was being delivered by Evri. Evri have an issue accessing our address. Fortunately on this occasion, we were home when it was delivered.
Although only worn just once at time of this review, the robe is very very warm and fits well. Can't wait to use it again.
I cannot recommend making any purchases from this company as the delivery and return processes are incredibly frustrating. I ordered two items in November and returned one due to incorrect sizing the very next day. It took numerous emails and follow-ups to finally get my refund nearly a month later. The refund amount was incorrect as they deducted a postage fee despite not offering free returns. After I pointed out the mistake, they asked for my proof of postage and payment. This is unacceptable, especially since I paid for the return. I shouldn't have had to deal with this stress during the holiday season, and I received no apology despite reaching out multiple times. If you want a hassle-free experience, I suggest shopping elsewhere.
I ordered a changing robe for my daughter's Christmas gift on November 28th. A week later, it hadn't moved from the warehouse. When I contacted the support team, they told me to wait due to the busy season. After a few days, I was informed it was likely lost, and I could choose a replacement or a refund, with the replacement promised for express delivery. The next day, I received an email saying they needed to confirm the loss first. After another day, I was still assured a replacement would be sent express. However, on December 13th, I got another email stating they could no longer guarantee delivery by Christmas due to weather issues! Meanwhile, I found the same item on the seller's Amazon store, which could have been delivered within two days for £15 more. I requested a refund (which they said could take 5-10 days) and chose a competitor who delivered the next day. The price on the seller's Amazon store had now increased to £99.99. It's also notable that there were no comments on their social media page... I just don't trust this company's practices.

I also noticed a lack of comments on their social media, which raises my trust issues with this company.
