I ordered a £95 phone bag from this company, which was said to be large enough for a purse, phone, and keys—just the essentials. However, the information on the website was misleading. The bag does not fit my sister's phone, even without its case. The zip won’t close, making it unfit for use as it poses a risk of falling out. I'm very frustrated. I wanted to treat my sister to a nice bag after a tough year for our family, so this is very disappointing. The company should not advertise this bag as suitable for phones, especially large-screen ones, or be clearer in their descriptions.
