When I realised the postcode was incorrect on my order, I contacted Customer Service and Ellen arranged for the bag to be intercepted by Royal Mail and returned to Osprey where the the address was amended. She was very helpful and kept me informed of progress, for which I am grateful. The parcel has arrived and the Margot is a great addition to my Osprey collection.

Disappointed with the phone bag size

I bought a £95 phone bag from the company, which was supposed to fit a purse, phone, and keys—just essential items. However, the website's claim was inaccurate and misleading. I wanted this bag as a Christmas gift for my sister, but her phone does not fit, regardless of whether it's in its case. The zip won’t close, making the bag unfit for purpose. I'm quite frustrated. I wanted to treat my sister to a high-end bag after a challenging year, so this is particularly upsetting. The company needs to be more accurate in their advertising regarding the bag's size suitability.

I had to return a Christmas gift intended for my son's wife, as she preferred a smaller purse and ordered one directly herself. The representative in Customer Services was exceptional, making the return process swift and hassle-free. I truly wish more companies operated like this! Quality backpacks

The backpacks are of great quality! I ordered one as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, but we had to return it due to size. We ordered another, which is also excellent. I had an issue with tracking my second order due to a wrong email, but the representative from customer service was very helpful in resolving it so I could receive it on time. Thank you!

Christmas gift saved

I had a mini panic when a Christmas present for my wife was delayed. I spoke to a representative on December 23rd, who confirmed it was lost and sent out a replacement via next day delivery, which arrived on the 24th. Crisis averted, and I can't fault that level of customer service!
