I ordered a winter coat using the size guide on the website. Once received it was far too small- jokingly small. Also- the coat was not a winter coat- not padded and not suitable for -15° weather.
I requested to return the product the same day I received it, and am still trying. They will only offer me a partial refund and will let me keep a tiny, unusable coat. Blaming Chinese customs for not being reliable enough to allow the coat to pass through.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
