I ordered a winter coat using the size guide on the website. Once received it was far too small- jokingly small. Also- the coat was not a winter coat- not padded and not suitable for -15° weather.
I requested to return the product the same day I received it, and am still trying. They will only offer me a partial refund and will let me keep a tiny, unusable coat. Blaming Chinese customs for not being reliable enough to allow the coat to pass through.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Beware of counterfeit goods

They sent me items that were not as advertised and attempted to charge me for return shipping to another country, which is impractical. I recommend contacting their support to clarify the items are fake, and document the dialogue for a fraud claim. This should help in getting your money back.
