I ordered a shirt back in October, and now it's December. When I followed up, I was informed it was a 'pre-order item', meaning it hasn't even been made yet. This was not mentioned before I made the payment. I would appreciate a response regarding this issue, as it's hard to get a clear answer. I would like my £160 refunded, please.
