Pretty terrible experience to be honest. I ordered two sizes as I wasn’t sure which size would be better with the intention of returning whichever I didn’t like. I decided to exchange for another colour with the size I liked. Easy right? No. So for whatever reason they don’t offer their own returns, you have to organise it yourself (don’t know any other clothing companies that do this) with the offer of ‘instant refund’. My return was then flagged as unable to be delivered on the first day because nobody was there and when they delivered the second time other told me that it hadn’t been received despite the map showing their address and confirmed via tracking that it was there. I then received back and forth emails with customer service resulting in me having to make a claim via DPD who couldn’t help much as they had evidence of it being delivered. Overall around 3 weeks of chasing for them to magically email me saying my return had in fact arrived and they were processing the exchange.
Don’t feel it’s worth commenting on the clothing because I’ve only really seen one item which I think for the price is poor quality but the overall service and confidence I get from them means I wouldn’t shop here again. I’m clearly not the only one who’s had issues based on other reviews so no idea why they haven’t tried to change their system. I’m hoping the exchanged item is okay otherwise I might have to personally deliver it back to them for my ‘instant refund’.
STILL NO RESPONSE!!! An item was returned over a month ago and there’s STILL NO REFUND!!! Claiming instant refunds on the website is misleading!!! NO EMAIL RESPONSE! It’s disappointing to see time spent on Trustpilot comments instead of addressing customer emails. Prioritize responding to customer inquiries rather than spreading falsehoods here!!!!
I ordered a stylish stainless steel choker necklace during a sale, and it was a fantastic deal. After wearing it for a few days, the lobster clasp that held the chain unfortunately broke. I reached out to the support team, and after providing some pictures of the broken clasp, they promptly sent me a replacement chain. I was quite hesitant to order after seeing the reviews, but I took the plunge during the sale. The items are fantastic, the size guides are accurate, and the products look just like the photos. Delivery was quick and fully tracked. I would definitely shop here again without any doubts.
I ordered a jacket and a t-shirt in August. They informed me the jacket was unavailable and offered a different one. I declined and asked for a refund, which they promised but never processed. I've had ridiculous email exchanges since then, with different representatives giving conflicting information. I initiated a complaint with my payment provider, so hopefully, it will be resolved soon. This is clearly a scam.
I found the experience to be extremely disappointing. I bought some cords that arrived on time, but the quality didn't match the price. The legs are much too long, and the waist is too big, even though I ordered my usual size. I will keep them and have them tailored, but the return process seems overly complicated.
This was my first order following a friend's recommendation. I was not let down; the two t-shirts I got were of excellent quality and fit perfectly. I will definitely return! One downside was that the delivery took longer than I expected, but it was worth it once the items arrived.
