Pretty terrible experience to be honest. I ordered two sizes as I wasn’t sure which size would be better with the intention of returning whichever I didn’t like. I decided to exchange for another colour with the size I liked. Easy right? No. So for whatever reason they don’t offer their own returns, you have to organise it yourself (don’t know any other clothing companies that do this) with the offer of ‘instant refund’. My return was then flagged as unable to be delivered on the first day because nobody was there and when they delivered the second time other told me that it hadn’t been received despite the map showing their address and confirmed via tracking that it was there. I then received back and forth emails with customer service resulting in me having to make a claim via DPD who couldn’t help much as they had evidence of it being delivered. Overall around 3 weeks of chasing for them to magically email me saying my return had in fact arrived and they were processing the exchange.
Don’t feel it’s worth commenting on the clothing because I’ve only really seen one item which I think for the price is poor quality but the overall service and confidence I get from them means I wouldn’t shop here again. I’m clearly not the only one who’s had issues based on other reviews so no idea why they haven’t tried to change their system. I’m hoping the exchanged item is okay otherwise I might have to personally deliver it back to them for my ‘instant refund’.
