I ordered this item as a special gift for my child’s important occasion. The order was confirmed over the phone, and I completed the full payment immediately.On the expected delivery date, I received an email saying the order was canceled with no explanation. When I called customer service, they claimed the item was “out of stock” (something that was never mentioned in the cancellation email).Here’s the worst part: the product is STILL shown as “in stock” and available for purchase on their website even now.To test what was going on, I called again pretending to be a new customer and asked if the same item was truly available and could be delivered. The agent confidently said, “Yes, it’s in stock, you can order it right now.” When I revealed that I was the same customer whose order had just been canceled for the exact same reason, there was a long silence. A few minutes later, the agent came back and suddenly said, “Sorry sir, actually it’s not available.”This proves there is zero coordination between their inventory system, website, and customer support team. They are happy to take your money and confirm orders for items they don’t actually have, then cancel at the last moment without any proper communication.The customer service is dishonest, inconsistent, and completely unreliable. Because of this terrible experience, my child did not receive their gift on time for a very special day. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company until they fix their inventory management and train their staff to tell the truth.Very disappointed and will never order from here again.
