This crap company doesn't deserve even one star, more like negative 50. They are intrusive, and they use deceptive and dishonest tactics to bill for services that people DON'T sign up for and then refuse to return the funds. I purchased one seat for their service and they started adding more of them, billing me $100 a month for three months when I only was supposed to pay $99 for a year. Then they claimed they don't refund money because it's in their TOS. Well, this company is a POS. I've canceled and also have reported them to the California Department of Justice for deceptive and illegal business practices. They're already the focus of a class action lawsuit. I'll be making more reports to consumer protection organizations and letting colleagues know not to use this garbage.
