There is no customer support if a problem comes up. I have been gaslit by a bot called Allan for a week, with nightly emails which arrive at around 6.15pm each evening asking me to reply to it, apparently unaware of my increasingly desperate replies during the day. I am now locked out if an a count for which I paid $99.99 two weeks ago, after reaching my account limit by trying to follow Allan’s advice. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a professional service.
