I received an Otterbox case today from Amazon, for a Samsung Galaxy S25 FE for $69.99 i believe, and no belt clip, come to find out, they don't come with the case anymore. Well, upon my Google search on if there is a belt holster for this phone, I found a Reddit forum with an Otterbox link and immediately ordered on for $19.99, which annoyed because that's almost $100 on a darn case with holster. After inspecting my package, I found a code with a QR code to get a FREE belt clip with the purchase of the case. (Yes, I should have looked and read before ordering the clip, but just was annoyed and really wanted the clip). I then immediately filled an online form requesting to cancel the order, and then used the promo code for the the free clip and shipping and placed yet another order, which, according to the website, will take a week to get to me. Don't get me wrong, it's amazing that you guys offer the free clip with the case, but why not include it in the purchase of the case? That way they get to the customer at the same time. Hell, maybe give an option on the Amazon store where they can be purchased to include a belt clip, even for a small fee if not free. I think it could have been done at the same time, avoiding the free clip/purchase seperate clip confusion. And, as mentioned, the complete set could be shipped and delivered at once, not separately. It would be much more convient. And I did look, Amazon did not specify if it came with one or not. However, it also didn't mention one of being in the package. But customers have reported the same confusion, leaving a negative review. Thank you for listening.
