We bought the Otterbox Commuter Series case for a Samsung Galaxy S25+. After 4 months, the case developed a floppy weakness on the side of the phone with the buttons. It pulls away so loosely that there is no protection for the phone. I had registered the product and went online to file a claim. After navigating the process, my photograph of the problem was rejected and I fell right into their hands, deciding the claim process was too onerous. Do you really think they don't know by now that the product is flawed? I don't.
Package arrived as scheduled in good condition, plus inside the paperwork, was a QR code for an additional free holster. Booyah! Score! Thanks so much for the added value.
It said sign up for email & get 20% off. I did that & price was the same as it was on my original page. So that is FALSE Advertising. So I UNSUBSCRIBED from emails & will not order from this company again. I understand item was only $10 change but it’s the principle
Product was received as described and on time! There was an unexpected bonus included with my order of the Defender Pro Series Case for the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. Have purchased Otterbox Cases for my last 4 Smartphones...couldn't be happier with the protection the cases offer...and I am repeatedly dropping my phone. I'm so confident in this product that I do not add protection insurance coverage on my phone!...thus, the case pays for itself.
I bought a commuter series case and the flimsy rubber part towards the charging port already snapped after 6 months of just putting my phone in my pocket. 50$ for a case that can't withstand normal use, and then they charged 13$ for the "warranty covered" replacement for shipping.
I've used a variety of Otterbox cases for almost ten years now and have enjoyed the Commuter Series in particular for the past 6 years or so. 5/5 stars because these cases are visually beautiful, fit well in my small hand, don't slide off tables, work well with the buttons, and -- the most imporant part -- are absolutely indestructable.
Not only am I known to be clumsy and am constantly dropping my phone, but also, I'm a climber with the unfortunate habit of forgetting that my phone is in my open pocket before getting on a climb. On SEVERAL occaisons I've accidentally dropped my phone 60+ ft where it's then landed on all sorts of surfaces, including rocks. You'd think that my phone would be ruined after multiple falls like that, but every time, it's remained perfectly intact with zero damage to the phone and case. I majored in physics and I'm still not exactly sure how that works. However, I do know that I would highly recommend these cases for anyone in a similar position to me.
I was able to find what I needed and get an order placed on a very recently added product after a little confusion in the navigation process. Kudos for having the case available for a phone on its release date.
The warranty process was short and to the point which is great!!! I have been an Otterbox customer for almost 10 years and will continue to be a customer, great product and great customer service.
I'm just glad my phone didn't brake while I waited 4 my new case 2 come and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is if some 1 orders a new case naturally they are going 2 need the screen it was an act of congress filling out the form to get a new 1 and no screen protector it should go hand in hand
couldn't find where to put the 30% off code and the person on chat was zero help. I purchased anyway but I'm really not happy that you advertise code and there is nowhere to put them.
