We bought the Otterbox Commuter Series case for a Samsung Galaxy S25+. After 4 months, the case developed a floppy weakness on the side of the phone with the buttons. It pulls away so loosely that there is no protection for the phone. I had registered the product and went online to file a claim. After navigating the process, my photograph of the problem was rejected and I fell right into their hands, deciding the claim process was too onerous. Do you really think they don't know by now that the product is flawed? I don't.
