Ordered glasses on 10/19. Website said estimated shipping time was 9-12 days. They were shipped 11/13. It is now 11/26 and I still don’t have them. They have been at FedEx since 11/18 because of “Clearance delay - Import”. Customer service just apologized, said it’s not normal and should be sent soon. I tried to put in a ticket with FedEx to have it addressed but I’m not sure it will help. Update 11/29 - still no status change on FedEx.
