The shipping was super super fast and fed ex did a wonderful job delivering, I literally got the product 3 days within shipping, however when I opened up the package, immediately to my dismay the color of the glasses is not what I pictured, so I am requesting a return and waiting for them to respond with a return mailer.
I required replacement pads for my Mykita sunglasses, and Otticanet assisted me promptly and seamlessly. During the process, I also purchased a new pair in a different style. This Italian Store is 100% Authentic and Legitimate. I had a very bad experience with an American store and in the past some other online sunglasses stores. I hesitantly gave this one a go last month and I will be getting all my designer glasses from here in future.Firstly their prices are very competitive. It may not be the absolute cheapest but it is close to it. I found another store that was cheaper but still opted to buy it from this store because the other store had virtually no customer service and you don't want to buy from those stores.Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. I want to especially praise and say thanks to Arianna who looked after my needs.I first bought a pair of very competitively priced Gucci sunglasses. It was on backorder but everything happened efficiently and they were able to get it from the supplier in a week and then it was shipped via FedEx extremely quickly and got to me in super speed. The glasses was brand new and 100% authentic. I was disappointed that the supplier no longer provided the Gucci velvet hard cases that I used to get with my Guccis, and I asked Arianna how I could get those cases. She worked so hard and efficiently to source some cases for me and she went above and beyond. I have ordered a second pair of Gucci sunglasses and she has promised to provide and ship 2 velvet cases for me - EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!
