I had finalized my purchase when I realized the discount code they had emailed me had not been entered and the full cost was charged on my purchase.. I emailed them explaining I didn't enter my discount code and would they be able to credit my card after the purchase had been completed.Of course! they said they could do that for me and they went immediately to credit the discount to my purchase. Have you ever experienced that kind of customer care from other companies? I haven't! The ususual response would be “Sorry, we can't do that but you have 30 days to use it on your next purchase from us.”Thank you Otticanet!
