Amazing customer service! I ordered glasses from Switzerland. After placing my order, an agent recommended me smaller size glasses so it fits better on my cace and was able to very smoothly advise me on lenses etc… I didn’t expect that from an online shop also considering the price (half the price than in Switzerland basically).
