I would give minus 5 stars if it were possible.I purchased Cartier glass frames CT02830 (order number OT-7628578 ) from this company in 2022.Note This product is still within warranty. Recently, the Panther head and screws on one of the handles came loose. These are glass frames that didn’t come cheap at over £560. I was disappointed at this and contacted Otticanet regarding a repair or replacement of the frames. I sent pictures as requested of the fault and also the bits and screw that had come loose. Rather than do the right,legal and expected thing i.e. repair the glasses or replace, I was told I should send over some money for postage of an additional screw for me to fix the frames myself?! This is a company that clearly has no understanding of how warranty claims work nor any regard for the legality of their actions. I will not recommend purchasing from this company and would say avoid this company at all costs.
