UPDATE 2:they sent confirmation I was not charged and cancelled the order. I still don’t know if they are legit or not but the fact that it took reporting them on trust pilot to get a reply will keep me from ordering from them in the future.UPDATE 1: Received an email this morning saying that even though the item I ordered was NOT marked out of stock (and shipping was inaccurately reflected), there is nothing they will do. I requested to cancel my order immediately and get a refund confirmation by EOD. They did not reply. I don't trust this company. Reporting them to my credit card company for fraudulent business practices. Original Post: Writing in hopes of getting an email reply. ordered a pair last night that did not say it was out of stock. received this email this am:Your Balmain B - GRAND BLUE SWIRL GOLD/BLUE SHADED 57/14/145 glasses will be in stock in 20-25 working days and after that we will send you the tracking number to confirm the shipment by email.I replied asking for a discount for the unexpected delay. No reply yet and now reading these other reviews I’m concerned if I will receive my sunglasses/if they will be authentic.I paid with cc thank god so just need to know asap if I need to report the charge as fraud.
