Absolutely horrendous! STAY AWAY! I ordered a pair of Prada glasses that were damaged when I received them. I emailed straight away showing the frame is bent and questioned the authenticity of the glasses. I’m from syd and they suggested I go to a local store to fix and reassured me they’re real. We don’t have their local store here! Anyway the refuse to refund it and deny its manufacturing defect and they said this happens all the time from “temperature”. They offered an exchange if I pay for the shipping and delivery fees! They refuse to just take it back and refund me. I went and got them checked by an authentication professional and he CONFIRMED that they’re not real Prada.
