I bought a set of clip-on lenses for a pair of Oliver Peoples 'Gregory Peck' frames from Otticanet.com.When they arrived, I tried them on my frames and realised that I had bought the wrong size. I emailed Otticanet and explained the situation and they immediately offered an exchange or refund. All I had to do was send the incorrect lenses back to them. Which I did.The staff at Otticanet were wonderful to deal with. They kept me informed every step of the way. The replacement lenses were on back-order and they emailed me to let me know of this and I was soon contacted by them once the replacements were shipped out to me.After a recent string of poor customer service from other companies online, it was refreshing to receive such wonderful service from Otticanet. Particular kudos to Alessandra, Arianna, Alessia and Marianovella. Their stellar customer service would indicate that Otticanet prides itself on delivering a high standard of service to its customers.I was very impressed and greatly appreciated their work.And the new lenses look great!Thanks again!
