After having a TERRIBLE experience with another online eyeglass retailer in Italy, I was a bit hesitant with this one but thought I would try just to see. Absolutely brilliant! Super quick delivery, wonderful prices and authentic glasses. I accidentally made a duplicate order and was credited the next working day. Plus they helped prepay Swiss taxes and duties so I would not get charged (more) later. Packaging could be better as the box arrived via Fedex crushed (eyeglasses were in a box and then packaged in a soft plastic bag with no other protection), but they were okay. Totally delighted with my purchase! Grazie tante!
