The PCN department is questionable! This is the third or fourth time in the past year that they have processed my payment without informing me, subsequently withdrawing funds from my account without my permission and charging me double the actual penalty. I have reached out several times via email, but no one has responded to discuss the issue. This is completely absurd; they seem to want you to forget about your time and money. But I assure you, I won't. Please be careful, everyone.
