The PCN department is unreliable! This is the third or fourth time in the past year that they have processed my payment without notifying me, withdrawing funds from my account without my consent, and charging me double the original penalty fee. I have reached out multiple times via email, but no one has responded to address the issue. This is utterly absurd; they seem intent on making you overlook your time and money. But I assure you, I will not forget. Please be cautious, everyone.
