I’ve been using otto car for a while now I was surprised with the bad of service that’s gone in Hammersmith. PHV guy is rude, also in the office I’m waiting for so long to been seen. I go to the Ilford my closest otto and still no good. I think the service is no longer the same staff are no helpful they don’t seem like they want to help customers and have no knowledge on my problem. I was told to go to Hammersmith but also busy.
Don’t use otto car they reduce price to get customer. I go to other company mg5 also a problem ! Otto don’t service cars
