Customer service is not so helpful at all, emailed several times but just keeps sending the same troubleshooting list you need to do on every email. Return is not free you have to pay it yourself. And this is an international supplier hence return postage is expensive.Product is not as straightforward product as they claim this to be. As you would have to unplug the device every now and then for it to work properly. Dont buy this producrt. Browse other product on which i think will have better performance than ottocast
