I received the mattress I ordered, which is great, but I won't be ordering from this company again due to their choice of delivery service. They refused to take my old mattress, delayed the collection by a week, and then no one showed up, leaving me with a message saying, 'sorry we missed you.' My emails to the courier went unanswered, web chat was ignored, and I spent 1.5 hours on the phone only to get cut off. When I called back, I was told their customer support was changing and the phones were off! While I can't fault the product, the company needs to take responsibility for their logistics choices. I still have my old mattress waiting for collection and no way to contact the delivery service to rearrange. I have little faith they will actually come. Until they change their delivery partner, I can't recommend their products. Excuses about busy periods don’t justify poor service, especially when previous complaints about the delivery service date back months.
