EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING DELIVERY! I purchased a mattress from a company that advertised delivery within 2 to 5 days. I am still waiting over 2 weeks after placing my order. Their delivery partner is ineffective and lacks any means of contact (no phone number and the chat feature is nonfunctional). Be cautious of the misleading information regarding delivery on the company's website.

Excuses about busy periods don’t justify poor service, especially when previous complaints about the delivery service date back months.
