The service relies on two delivery companies that do not communicate well. I've received time slots on three occasions, taking time off work to be available, only to be informed on the day that my items aren't available. Over a month has passed since I placed my order, spending nearly £1k, and I'm still without a bed or any updates on my delivery. I strongly recommend finding another seller that partners with a more reliable delivery service. Look up reviews for the delivery company for further proof.
