The Situation:
I sent my Oukitel WP60 for a warranty replacement from Norway to their warehouse in Germany. I followed every instruction, paid $170 in import taxes and $60 in shipping. Now I have no phone, no money, and Oukitel is ignoring me.
The Evidence (from 33-email chain):
Feb 27: RMA agreed. Device shipped (Tracking CJ918466764NO).
Mar 16: OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION. Oukitel emailed: "We confirm your returned package has been received." (PDF p. 5).
Mar 19: Oukitel admitted: "We do not hold you responsible for this delivery delay. You have followed all instructions correctly." (PDF p. 10).
The Absurdity:
Despite confirming receipt, Oukitel now claims the parcel is being returned to me because their warehouse failed to collect it. Their "solutions"?
Pay $264 for a new phone (triggering another $170 tax).
Or get a "free screen" to repair it myself, destroying the IP68 waterproofing.
Questions for the community:
Is it common for Oukitel to ignore their own written confirmation of receipt?
Has anyone won a dispute after Oukitel "lost" a returned device?
Should I go straight for a Chargeback or wait for their support to wake up?
This feels like a scam to avoid warranty obligations. Avoid Oukitel if you expect after-sales support.
