Review Time
I ordered a phone from the site on September 15, 2025. It was shipped from Germany and arrived via UPS in a reasonably acceptable timeframe on September 23, 2025. However, the issue was with the packaging: there was minimal bubble wrap, and the sides of the package were left completely exposed. As expected, something heavy fell on the package during transit, resulting in a large hole in both the outer wrapping and the phone’s box. Upon opening it, I discovered that the damage extended to the phone itself, which had a hole in its casing above the screen. I promptly filed a complaint about the shipping damage with both the carrier and the company. According to the carrier, the company should have provided a return label to facilitate a free return at their expense. The company was unable to provide this, so I had to send the phone back to their warehouse at my own cost (18 euros), after being promised reimbursement for the shipping. This is where things went awry. I received confirmation that the package arrived in Bremen, but no replacement was sent. When I inquired, they cited availability issues with that model and offered a significantly inferior model instead. I made it clear that I preferred to wait for my original order to be restocked. After a lengthy wait with no updates, I followed up again. This time, I was informed that the phone was completely out of stock, despite it still being listed on the company’s website and available through other platforms. They again offered the inferior model as a replacement. Eventually, they agreed to refund the original purchase price, but not the return shipping cost, despite the damage being a result of their inadequate packaging. The entire process took several months. I never received the phone I ordered and ended up spending 18 euros out of my own pocket for the return, even though I did get my original purchase price back. Therefore, I can only rate this experience with one star. It’s difficult to assess the actual product quality since I never received an undamaged phone, but one thing is clear: I won’t be ordering from the company again.
This Oukitel phone was a complete nightmare. After changing the battery optimization settings, the lock screen stopped responding — I couldn’t even enter my PIN. I tried every reset and recovery method online with no success. I then took it to a professional phone repair shop, and even the technician couldn’t fix it after trying to reset the software three separate times. The phone remained completely unusable. In the end, out of pure frustration, I smashed it with a hammer. Terrible quality and reliability — avoid this brand at all costs
Have been pondering this purchase, but today was greeted with a 10% discount code. Previously emailed customer service with questions and got prompt replies. If product works as planned we will be purchasing a large quantity to affix to our fleet of rental off-road vehicles.
Two months ago I buy Oukitel WP300. My enjoy with this hone was for short time because first, the claimed big technological success to have a watch and earbud in same piece, never used like earbud, was a stupid moment when the Smartwatch fly from bracelet and was screen broken. Finally I got another smartwatch, extra. The sistem from bracelet is total primitive and insecure. The bad things is the camera who doesn't work properly and is foggy.. blurred.. unclear.. no support from oukitel.. no even another camera system to can buy for replace.. Oukitel will don't care.. about sale warranty or support.. they only sell.. They pretend this phone model, WP300 can make video under water.. good joke .. main purchases can't make a clear picture in usual mode... in the rain the screen starting to be crazy 🤪.. so.. it's only an expensive toy.. So Finally.. think well before purchase something from Oukitel ...
Bought a phone through Amazon from Oukitel. All was great, only if the phone would work for a little bit longer as it stopped working - complete brick - in just over a year. I've written an email to their customers services if they can help with what has happened and got apparently automated reply a day later stating that they are on holiday and can be contacted in 2 week during Chinese working hours only. Not very serious company to take care of customers with such a lame excuse.
Excellent service!!! I ordered a Rugged tablet and a Rugged smartphone. Only the tablet reached it's destination in a retaped package, the phone had been stolen somewhere along the way. Contacted Oukitel and they immediately sended a new phone!! Very fast response and excellent service!! Thank you very much!! I definitely recommend Oukitel!!
The constantly bouncing Add to Cart button was already annoying me. Then I got interrupted by a phone call while I had the item in my cart. When I finish the call I complete my purchase. Then when I check my email later they've sent me 13 emails with a code for a discount. So not only did they spam me with an email every minute I was gone, but I didn't even get the discount.
