I regret to buy Oukitel product, the phone was K8 for experiment proposes, it was disappointed on all standards, the camera way to bad and seems to be like in cloned phone, the phone sound is disastrous, the battery doesn't seem to be 5000 mA, it barely endures one day, the system is buggy, if you try to open an app info the Settings crashes all at once, the whole phone heats up for no reason then suddenly restarts, the RAM is 4GB but you don't feel so, no live or email support they don't answer you niether to support nor even to buy craps from them, no features added by the OEM, all the features based on Google Android, the technical support is way so weak and useless. you don't find any solution for any problem of yours, not on Google nor official forum, no accessories, no updates for system and it is provided as is forever.I highly recommend to not buy anything from this brand, way so fake and disappointed.
