Absolute joke, paid £260 for a phone which arrived faulty. Asked to return and was told I had to pay for the return, this is of course against UK consumer law that states the COMPANY is responsible. To make it worse it cost me £12 as it needed to be insured and tracked for the full amount. Then they tell me they will charge me £15 to process the return, again against consumer law. Will be raising the issue with trading standards and issuing small claims action to get my full money back. Absolute robbers so beware!Ref their reply consumer law states:Faulty itemThe seller is responsible for paying for return postage and any replacement items. If the buyer requests a refund, they can recover the cost of postage, delivery, and return. Do not let them rob you of your rights
