I've been communicating with the company's support team for 16 days, and all I've received are vague suggestions to take it to a repair shop or wait for the seller to reach out. This prolonged back-and-forth has shown me that their customer service is as lacking as the product itself. I would recommend steering clear of this.
I previously owned a rugged phone and was satisfied, but this new model surpasses it with a larger battery, useful apps, a camping light, and a decent speaker. It's a solid, heavy phone that withstands any weather, unlike other well-known brands, making it a worthwhile choice.
