This has been the worst experience! I placed an order online, but they sent me the wrong item. When I called to complain, they kept saying they were checking and would get back to me, but they never did. Each time I contacted customer service, I received a different answer. Even a manager promised to help, but nothing was done. I'm very disappointed.
